Mrs Jingle Santos RN RMA
Registered Manager
Jingle is an experienced, professional and compassionate nurse. She has been Registered Manager since 2008 leading a team delivering quality care. Jingle oversees the clinical care of all residents and works closely with local GPs and other medical practitioners to ensure that residents individual care needs are met.
Ms Belinda Davies
Business Manager
Belinda manages the running of the business, which she oversees on behalf of her parents, who have owned Sandown Nursing Home for over 20 years. She works closely with Jingle to ensure CQC compliance whilst dealing with many aspects of the day-to-day operations of a nursing home.
Mr Neil Wingrove
Training and Compliance Manager
Neil works closely with Belinda and Jingle to ensure compliance with various aspects of the care of our residents including CQC. He is responsible for overseeing and delivering staff training.
Mrs Claire Lightfoot
Office Manager/Administrator
Claire is responsible for managing the office and dealing with all the administration that supports the smooth running of the home. Claire is often the first point of contact at the door or on the phone.
